EPS Control Unit DTC 91-02:
EPS Control Unit (Problem with the Current Sensor Offset)
EPS Control Unit DTC 92-01:
EPS Control Unit (Lower FET Stuck ON)
EPS Control Unit DTC 92-02:
EPS Control Unit (Upper FET Stuck ON)

Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).

Start the engine with the LKAS activated, test-drive on a straight road at 72 km/h (45 mph) or more for 30 seconds or more.

Watch the LKAS indicator.

Does the LKAS indicator come on?

NO

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.■

Is DTC 91-02, 92-01, or 92-02 indicated?

YES
|

Check for loose terminals in the EPS control unit connectors, and repair if necessary. If all connections are OK,
replace the EPS control unit.

Troubleshoot the indicated DTC(s).■
