Sunroof glass does not move and motor does not turn (glass can be moved with 4 mm hexagonal wrench)
Diagnostic procedure
  1. Check for a run down battery.
  2. Check for a blown fuse.
  3. Check for a faulty sunroof switch.
  4. Check for a defective motor control unit.
