Dashboard Passenger's Undercover Removal/Installation
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and its related parts.
  • When removing components, use the trim tools or equivalent.
  1. Remove the Passenger's dashboard undercover (A).
    -1.
    Gently pull down the rear edge to detach the clips.
    -2.
    Pull the undercover away to release the pins (B) from the holders (C).
    -3.
    Disconnect the footwell light connector (D), and if equipped, the HFT control unit connector (E).
  1. Install the undercover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
    • Push the clips into place securely.
    • Make sure each connector is plugged in properly.
    • Make sure the pins of the undercover are installed securely to the holders.
