Dashboard Speaker Lid Removal/Installation
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and its related parts.
  • When prying with a flat-tipped screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.
  1. Apply protective tape (A) to the dashboard beside the side edge of the speaker lid (B). Pry up on the edge of the speaker lid, with a flat-tipped screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, to detach the clips (C).
  1. Pull out the speaker lid to detach remaining clips (D), then remove the lid.
  1. Install the lid in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • If the clips are damaged, replace them with new ones.
    • Push the clips into place securely.
