Dashboard Center Holder Removal/Installation
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and its related parts.
  • When removing components, use the trim tools or equivalent.
  1. Remove these items:
  1. Remove the ashtray (A), then remove the screw.
  1. Pull out the center holder (A) to detach the clips (B, C), detach the harness clip (D), disconnect the cigarette lighter connector (E), the cigarette lighter light connector (F), and the ashtray light bulb socket (G), then remove the center holder.
  1. Install the holder in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
    • Make sure each connector is plugged in properly, and the bulb socket is connected securely.
    • Push the clips into place securely.
