Carefully push the main switch (A) out from behind the glove box housing.

Disconnect the 2P connector (B) from the trunk lid opener main switch.

Check for continuity between the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals.

With the main switch ON, there should be continuity.

With the main switch OFF, there should be no continuity.
-
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the main switch.
