  1. Try loading a known-good audio disc.
Does the disc load?
YES -
Go to Step 2 .
NO -
  1. Insert another known-good audio disc to see if the symptom can be duplicated.
Does the audio disc play?
YES -
Operation is normal.■
NO -
Substitute a known-good audio unit with navigation system , without navigation system , and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original audio unit with navigation system , without navigation system. ■
